Andrew Derodra

Andrew joined Silverstream in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, to bring financial leadership to the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s ambitious growth strategy and delivery of shareholder value.

Andrew’s career spans 34 years in senior finance and strategic roles in multiple sectors including FMCG, healthcare and software. He brings a wealth of experience as CFO in FTSE-listed, private equity-owned and founder-led businesses, including equity and debt financing and M&A.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and he also has a BA (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
