Victor Mafioleti

Victor joined Silverstream in 2021 and is now our Lead Systems Engineer. He joined from leading vessel performance tech company, Greensteam where he was responsible for the systems design and integration of an onboard AI-based solution to collect and review ship performance data. Prior to that, Victor worked for BMT and the Brazilian Navy as a Marine Systems Engineer for 12 years.

Victor has more than 15 years’ experience delivering onboard systems to a variety of vessel types across both military and civilian sectors, from design to installation and support.

Victor graduated in Electrical Engineering from CEFET-RJ in Brazil in 2008. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
