Theo Chatzigkaidas

Theo joined Silverstream in 2020 as Lead Electrical Engineer, following his tenure at leading Classification Society, American Bureau Shipping (ABS). In his previous role as an Electrical and Automation Engineer, Theo was in charge of the review of electrical and automation plans, client liaison and the training of junior engineers. He had oversight of several projects and was in charge of the Marine Type Approval Program.

Theo’s duties included extensive project management, client relations, the training and supervision of a team of new-hire engineers, as well as being the subject matter expert for EMEA in the areas of installation of large battery (Li-Ion and other chemistries) systems & DC based power and integrated software quality management.

Theo graduated from University College London with a MSc in Marine Engineering and is working his way towards becoming a Chartered Engineer.
