Simon Cuthbert

Simon joined Silverstream in 2020 and is now VP of Operations. Prior to this, he held senior appointments within the marine businesses of Rolls-Royce plc and Kongsberg Maritime where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President for Procurement, Planning and Control within the deck machinery and systems value streams.

Prior to the marine industry, Simon held a number of senior operational and supply chain centric posts in a variety of industries including Managing Director roles for a multi-sited food ingredient manufacturing business in Switzerland and a global aerospace component integrator business.

Simon holds an Honours degree in Environmental Biology and is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS).
