Paul Haswell

Head of Customer Support

Paul joined Silverstream in 2020 and is now Head of Customer Support. He has decades of experience in customer care within the high-end leisure marine sector, and has provided warranty and technical support to global dealer networks, and direct support to ultra-high net worth superyacht owners.

Paul began his career as a service technician at a Princess Yachts dealership in Hong Kong before returning to the UK where he spent 10 years at B A Peters plc, the largest Distributor of the Fairline brand of luxury motor yachts. His work at Peters led to an invitation to join the management team at Fairline’s head offices, to run its global customer support department. After five years with the Fairline manufacturing business, Paul joined the world renowned Sunseeker International brand where he served for nine years as the Head of Warranty and Technical Support for its global distributor network and direct clients.

Throughout his career, Paul has developed a deep understanding of customer, manufacturer and OEM relationships. He has led countless initiatives to modernise and streamline the services given to both customers and dealers, whilst also providing stakeholders with the feedback and data required for product evolution.

Paul is a graduate of Loughborough University, holding a BSc in Sports Science.
