Inesa Artamoskina

Inesa joined Silverstream in May 2022 as Planning and Project Controls Manager responsible for a new Project Controls function within the Operations Team.

During her career, Inesa has undertaken permanent and contract roles located in Latvia, Finland, United Kingdom, Russia, Tunisia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and also Singapore, where she lived for eight years. Inesa progressed from being a cost control and scheduling specialist to serving for the last 15 years as a Project Controls Manager, providing integrated project controls services for multiple projects and multi-office execution for major engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning projects. Previous employers include Exxon Mobil, Amec, Expro, Lloyd’s Register, Yinson and Chicago Bridge & Iron. Inesa holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Aviation Control Systems and a further Master’s Degree from City University, London in Business Systems Analysis and Design.

In her free time, Inesa is very sociable and enjoys arranging parties for family and friends and also travelling, especially in Asia. She is keen to continually develop new skills both professionally and personally, including recently managing a self-build residential barn project as a new family home in the countryside. Inesa also enjoys mentoring and supporting younger professionals to progress their careers.
