Alessandra Cesca

Alessandra joined Silverstream in 2021 as Sales Administrator to support the sales team with CRM data integrity, monitoring and reviewing incoming leads, maintaining and optimising sales databases, and curating newsletters for key account stakeholders.

Prior to this, she spent three years in a sales support role at Marine Marketing International, a marketing company based in Milton Keynes, which specialised in brokerage for marine repairs.

Alessandra’s background is in luxury retail management and customer service, at various organisations including Harrods. She brings to Silverstream a passion for sales, customer service and CRM, and will provide support to the sales team as it scales alongside the business’ rapidly growing orderbook.

Alessandra obtained a master’s degree in Public Relations and Languages at the University of Udine in Italy. She has lived and worked in London since 2007.
