Stephen Potts

Since joining Silverstream Technologies in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, Stephen has developed the key operational capabilities required to meet the rapid growth of the company, including project management expertise to support simultaneous installations of the Silverstream® System around the world.

Stephen’s experience of leading large innovative commercial and supply chain functions in complex matrix organisations such as Siemens, Babcock International, BT Global Services, Johnson Controls and Sunseeker has enabled him to build exceptional leadership teams and to lead complex business transformation initiatives.

From a career spanning more than 25 years, Stephen brings a wealth of experience as a commercial, procurement and supply chain leader, specialising in transformation programmes and complex procurements within the defence, nuclear, construction, FM, IT and telecommunications sectors. Since 2010, he has specialised in the maritime sector. 

Stephen enjoys the challenges presented by working across different geographies and cultures, having worked internationally in many different regions including Europe, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, the Middle East and the US.

Throughout his career, Stephen has been recognised for exceptional performance – he was awarded the Siemens Management Award and is a former board member of the International Association of Commercial and Contract Managers.
