Fred Matysek

Fred joined Silverstream as Fleet Operations Account Lead in 2022, working within the Customer Support department. He has extensive experience as a project and service engineer in the superyacht industry, specialising in desalination, potable and wastewater treatment systems. He has been involved in many newbuild and retrofit projects around the globe.

Fred also worked as a warranty manager at Pendennis Shipyard and cut his teeth as a marine engineer in the Royal Navy, serving on Type 22 Frigate HMS Campbeltown and helicopter carrier HMS Ocean.
