Chief Operating Officer

Since joining in mid-2015, Stephen has developed the key operational capabilities to meet the continued growth of the company including project management expertise to support simultaneous installations with fixed deadlines.

In addition to his core supply chain responsibilities Stephen is responsible for managing the relationships with the customer procurement and commercial teams and for making sure the installations are successful.

From a career spanning more than 25 years, he brings a wealth of experience as a Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain leader specialising in transformation programmes and complex procurements within the Defence, Nuclear, Construction, FM, IT, Telecommunications sectors. Since 2010 Stephen has specialised in the Marine sector.

Previously Stephen was the Supply Chain Director at Sunseeker and he has held important positions at globally renowned companies including Group Supply Chain Director at Babcock International Group, Commercial Director Vendor Management at BT Global Services and Director of Contracts and Procurement at Siemens I.T. Solutions.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Stephen spent his early career in the nuclear, civil engineering and Oil & Gas sectors. During this period he procured and managed high profile capital engineering projects including decommissioning projects at all the UK Nuclear legacy sites and engineering contracts for the UK offshore sector.

Throughout his career he has been recognised for exceptional achievement including being awarded the Siemens Management Award in 2007 and being elected to the board of the International Association of Commercial and Contract Managers.

Stephen is a graduate of Liverpool John Moores University holding a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
